Brau Brothers Brewing Company was born from a shared belief that great beer and honest food deserve a home in rural Minnesota. What started as weekend experiments in a garage grew into something the whole town can gather around.
We brew in small batches, source locally whenever possible, and treat every recipe like it's the last one we'll ever make. Our bakery side follows the same philosophy — no shortcuts, no compromises, just food that tastes like it was made by someone who actually cares.
